Job Description:

Program Manager (Risk & Finance)

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with approximately 10 years of experience to lead and manage strategic initiatives within the Risk & Finance domain. The ideal candidate should possess strong program planning and governance capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional programs from initiation through execution. The role requires a blend of business understanding, limited techno-functional expertise, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery across Risk & Finance initiatives.

- Develop and maintain integrated project plans using Microsoft Project (MS Project).

- Identify, assess, and proactively manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

- Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, and status reports using Microsoft PowerPoint.

- Coordinate with business, technology, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.

- Track milestones, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure projects remain on schedule.

- Facilitate governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and leadership updates.

- Support change management, program reporting, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

- Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks and organizational standards.

- Drive effective communication across internal and external stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Around 10 years of Program/Project Management experience.

- Experience working within Risk and Finance domains.

- Strong understanding of program planning, governance, and delivery management.

- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Project for planning and scheduling.

- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills with experience creating executive presentations.

- Experience in Program Risk Management, issue tracking, and mitigation planning.

- Limited techno-functional understanding with the ability to collaborate effectively with technology teams.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder management capabilities.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

- PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or similar Program/Project Management certification is preferred.

- Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), or large enterprise transformation programs is an advantage.
