Project Management Officer - Markets Regulatory & Control Portfolio

Position: PMO Analyst - Capital Markets | Hybrid (Bangalore).

Experience Required: Minimum 6 years.

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid - 3 days from office, 2 days WFH).

Compensation: Up to - 22 LPA (Maximum 35% hike on last drawn CTC).

Interview Mode: Virtual.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide end-to-end support in project governance, milestone tracking, and execution oversight.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and change logs.

- Assist with budget and resource tracking, and ensure timely updates and variance analysis.

- Identify and monitor risks, issues, and interdependencies across the project portfolio.

- Prepare and deliver regular reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders.

- Coordinate between delivery teams, compliance functions, and governance units.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO standards, processes, and best practices.

Key Requirements

- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in a PMO or project support role.

- Strong background in project planning, governance, and reporting within financial services or capital markets.

- Solid understanding of regulatory environments and trade lifecycle processes.

- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for project tracking and reporting.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global, fast-paced setting.
