Project Management Officer/Execution & Reporting Lead

Role: PMO - Execution & Reporting Lead

Reports To: C-Level

Function: PMO

Location: Mumbai India

Purpose:

To drive disciplined execution across strategic and operational initiatives by managing the weekly and monthly delivery rhythm. The role ensures visibility of progress, consolidates flash reports from functions and regions, monitors milestone achievement, identifies risks or delays, and facilitates timely escalation and resolution through structured reporting and governance routines.

- Identifying Capability Gaps and Building PMO Effectiveness

Skills & Competencies:

Strong project tracking and reporting discipline.

- High attention to detail and data integrity.

- Ability to synthesize complex updates into concise executive summaries.

- Strong communication and influencing skills across levels and functions.

- Familiarity with governance frameworks and issue escalation processes.

- Proficiency with Excel / Power BI / PMO tools for dashboarding and consolidation.

Minimum Qualifications & Experiences:

- 5-10 years' experience in a PMO, Transformation Office, or Program Delivery environment.

- Background in consulting or business transformation-proven experience structuring and driving complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders.

- Exposure to Agile delivery practices with working knowledge of Jira or similar project tracking tools.

- Experience coordinating multi-region or multi-function reporting and governance routines.

- Strong analytical and communication skills-able to synthesize large volumes of information into actionable insights.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
