Project Management Office  We currently have openings for the following position with one of our esteemed clients, which is a major in Financial Research and Media.  Position : Program Head/Portfolio Manager.  Exprnce : 10 to 15 yrs.  Job Loc : Bangalore.  The Portfolio Manager will join the ITS Business Management Group and will primarily be responsible for the successful delivery of Voice related projects within ITS but will provide support and staff for project work across all portfolios. As a critical resource, the Portfolio Manager will be responsible for driving all aspects of large, cross-functional projects. The Portfolio Manager must build a cohesive project team, clarify the goals of each project, and keep all team members focused on the business objectives in order to drive success.   Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities  - Develops and maintains relationships within IT Services and the business  - Provides high level estimates  - Resource allocation  - Supervision of all projects within the Voice portfolio.  - Subject Matter Expert for Voice.  - Identifies and proactively drives high quality portfolio deliverables, dependencies, and critical path items - proactively manages multiple projects  - Independently operates in a culturally diverse environment, adapting communication style, procedures, and approaches as necessary  Required Skills  - 8+ years of related work experience including 5 years of technology project management experience  - Proven history of managing multimillion dollar programs  - Previous experience working in large corporations 10k+ employees  - Some experience as a direct line manager preferred  - Previous experience with large scale deployment and migration of technology services across a large Enterprise  - Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented environment   - Ability to conform to shifting priorities and proactively drive changes in project scope, timelines, and requirements   If interested, please revert with your updated profile for more details.  Contact - premnath.s@adecco.co.in  Prem Adecco India
