Project Management Consultant - IIT/NIT/BITS

Qualification - MTech Civil from premier institutes is mandatory

Location - Project based, candidate must be willing to relocate anywhere

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead progress review meetings with client managers, site leadership, and key contractors at the project location.

- Guide client teams in adopting review mechanisms, SOPs, and process disciplines, ensuring smooth implementation at the site.

- Enforce strict process adherence and escalate deviations when necessary.

- Monitor and report project progress regularly using Microsoft Office tools and proprietary project management software.

- Facilitate buy-in sessions with middle management to align stakeholders.

- Drive and manage EPC domain projects, ensuring delivery of desired outcomes through effective project management practices

Requirements -

- Civil and Mechanical Engineers with 3-6 years of experience in the Construction, Engineering, or Infrastructure sectors, including steel, cement, petrochemical, or other large-scale projects.

- Must possess hands-on expertise in site-based construction activities such as civil, structural, piping, mechanical, and E&I works.

- Prior experience working on-site in remote project locations is strongly preferred.
