- Assist in the implementation of digital tools and technologies (e.g., ERP modules, WMS/TMS systems, automation solutions, or analytics platforms).

- Collect, analyze, and report on supply chain data to identify improvement opportunities and track project KPIs (e.g., cost reduction, cycle time, service levels).

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, IT, Finance) and external partners (vendors, 3PLs) to gather requirements and support testing/validation activities.

- Participate in change management efforts, including documentation, training material preparation, and user support during rollouts.

- Identify risks and issues at the task level and escalate them promptly to the Project Manager.

- Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, status updates, and deliverables.

- Support post-implementation reviews and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

- Stay informed on supply chain best practices and emerging trends relevant to ongoing projects.

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.

- 3-6 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or project support roles.

- Experience contributing to supply chain improvement projects (e.g., process optimization, system implementations, S&OP, or inventory initiatives) is required.

- Exposure to industries such as manufacturing, retail, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, or logistics is preferred.

Required Skills and Certifications

- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Solid understanding of core supply chain processes (planning, sourcing, manufacturing, delivery).

- Experience with supply chain software (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, or similar) is a plus.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau preferred).

- Lean/Six Sigma certification (Yellow/Green Belt) or change management training is advantageous.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

If you are passionate about supply chain improvement and enjoy working as part of a project team to drive real change, we encourage you to apply.
