Project Lead - Information Security

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO).

- Location: Mumbai (Client-facing role with required travel)Working Days: Monday to Friday | Saturday & Sunday fixed off.

- We are looking for a highly skilled Project Lead - Information Security with 4+ years of experience in delivering and leading end-to-end cybersecurity and compliance projects.

- We specialize in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) solutions, helping organizations meet cybersecurity and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity and information security projects.

- Manage multiple engagements, ensuring scope, timelines & quality delivery.

- Own client relationships and act as the primary escalation point.

- Build and execute project plans, sprints, schedules & billing tracking.

- Mentor and guide consultants to drive deliverables.

- Conduct client meetings, status calls & manage stakeholder communication.

- Contribute to pre-sales, proposal development & business expansion.

- Research and develop templates, reports & best practices documentation.

- Technical Knowledge & Expertise.

In-depth understanding of security standards & frameworks:.

- ISO 27001, NIST CSF, ISO 22301, SEBI, RBI, IRDA, GDPR, CCPA, etc.

- 4-6 full cycle implementations of the above frameworks.

Knowledge across key cybersecurity domains:.

- Network Security Cloud Security (AWS/Azure/GCP) Application Security / DevSecOps.

- IAM Endpoint Security Emerging Technologies.

- Awareness of threat landscape & Incident Response lifecycle.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's in IT / Computer Science / Cybersecurity.

- Certifications desirable: CISA, CISSP, CISM, CEH.

- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
