Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Lead - Hospitality Greenfield Projects to lead large-scale construction projects from concept to handover. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, managing stakeholders, ensuring construction quality, and overseeing scheduling, procurement, and budgeting.
The role requires strong experience in hospitality or hotel projects and leadership capability from the PMC (Project Management Consultant) side.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
- Lead and manage large-scale greenfield construction projects from planning stage to final handover.
- Act as the PMC Project Lead and coordinate between client, consultants, and contractors.
Project Planning & Execution:
- Manage project scheduling, procurement planning, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project budgeting, cost control, and financial tracking.
Design & Construction Coordination:
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to resolve design and construction issues.
- Ensure project delivery meets timeline, quality, and safety standards.
Stakeholder & Client Management:
- Manage communication between clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Conduct regular review meetings and provide project status updates.
Construction Logistics & Safety:
- Oversee construction logistics, site operations, and safety compliance.
- Ensure adherence to construction safety standards and regulatory requirements.
