Job Title: Project Lead - Hospitality

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 12 to 18 Years

Must have:

- Experience in leading Hospitality Greenfield projects from scratch till handover!

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning and execution of large-scale greenfield projects based on their scope, magnitude, and complexity.

- Represent the PMC and lead the project team, ensuring effective coordination among consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.

- Develop, monitor, and control project schedules to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

- Manage procurement processes including vendor coordination, material planning, and contract follow-ups.

- Track project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure financial discipline throughout the project lifecycle.

- Oversee construction logistics, site coordination, and resource planning to ensure smooth project execution.

- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, progress updates, and issue resolution.

- Ensure adherence to construction safety standards, quality control, and regulatory requirements at all stages of the project.

- Handle coordination and delivery of projects across sectors such as hotels, campus developments, IT parks, shopping malls, commercial office buildings, resorts, industrial facilities, and infrastructure developments.
