Project Lead - Crisis & Reputation Management:

About the Role:

The Project Lead will be responsible for leading digital crisis and reputation management mandates, ensuring rapid response, strategic stakeholder communication, and seamless execution during critical situations. The role requires strong client management, strategic thinking, and cross-functional coordination to deliver timely and measurable reputation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end execution of digital crisis and reputation management mandates, ensuring rapid response and coordinated stakeholder communication.

- Monitor emerging risks across media, social media, search, and digital platforms, escalating issues with actionable recommendations.

- Develop crisis response strategies, messaging frameworks, and recovery plans aligned with client objectives.

- Manage client relationships, cross-functional teams, and reporting to ensure timely delivery and measurable reputation outcomes.

Desired Profile:

- 5-8 years of experience in Crisis Communications, Reputation Management, Corporate Communications, Public Relations, or Strategic Communications.

- Demonstrated experience managing digital crisis and reputation management engagements for corporate clients.

- Strong understanding of the media landscape, social media, search ecosystems, and digital reputation management.

- Ability to develop crisis response strategies, messaging frameworks, and recovery plans in high-pressure environments.

- Experience working with senior leadership and managing high-impact stakeholder communications.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate monitoring insights into actionable recommendations.

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations.

- Excellent client servicing, stakeholder management, and project management skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide strategic counsel and communicate effectively during critical situations.
