Job profile:

- Provide thought leadership and strong business judgement across corporate finance engagements.

- Quickly build understanding of diverse business models, industries, and geographies.

- Lead research and analysis work streams; assign tasks and balance team workloads.

- Identify and leverage appropriate research sources and analytical tools.

- Ensure timely, high-quality, and error-free outputs from analysts and associates.

- Translate client needs into tailored analytical approaches and actionable insights.

- Conduct advanced financial statement analysis, ratio analysis, and valuation work.

- Link operational and financial performance to valuation outcomes.

- Assess the impact of changes in financial metrics across financial statements and valuations.

- Build financial models from scratch, focusing on strategic choices and value impact (not just template-based valuation).

- Maintain strong awareness of capital markets, macroeconomic trends, and capital flows.

- Conduct company, industry, and investment research.

- Clearly communicate insights, implications, and recommendations to internal teams and clients.

- Provide structured feedback, coaching, and mentoring to junior team members.

Qualification and Skills Required:

- Graduate or postgraduate degree with specialisation in Finance and strong academic performance.

Experience requirements:

- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience if highest qualification is postgraduate like CA, CFA, MBA.

- Prior experience in investment banking, equity research, management consulting, or corporate finance roles.

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Exposure to Python and Generative AI is an advantage.
