About the Role:

The Project Lead will be responsible for leading integrated consumer communications campaigns by combining earned media, influencer engagement, and digital storytelling. The role requires strong client servicing, strategic communication, and campaign management capabilities to deliver impactful campaigns aligned with brand and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead integrated consumer communications campaigns by combining earned media, influencer marketing, and digital storytelling.

- Identify, engage, and manage influencers, creators, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to drive brand awareness and campaign impact.

- Develop campaign strategies, content plans, and performance frameworks aligned with brand and business objectives.

- Manage client servicing, campaign execution, reporting, and optimization while ensuring strong media and creator relationships.

Desired Profile:

- 5-8 years of experience in Consumer Communications, Public Relations, Influencer Relations, Integrated Communications, or Brand Communications.

- Demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated consumer communication campaigns.

- Experience working with influencers, creators, podcasters, key opinion leaders (KOLs), digital publishers, and other content-led communities.

- Strong understanding of the consumer media landscape, creator ecosystem, and digital communications.

- Excellent client servicing, stakeholder management, and project management skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop compelling communication campaigns.
