Job Title : Project Lead - Commercial Project (Commercial, Retail & IT space)

Lead the end-to-end execution and delivery of commercial, retail, and workspace development projects, ensuring completion within approved timelines, budgets, quality standards, and statutory requirements. The role will be responsible for project planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, commercial management, and successful project handover.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead projects from planning and design coordination through execution and handover.

- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and execution strategies.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

- Oversee civil, MEP, interior fit-out, and infrastructure works to ensure timely project delivery.

- Manage contracts, procurement, billing, cost control, and commercial aspects of the project.

- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and statutory regulations.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures.

- Conduct project review meetings and provide regular MIS and progress reports to management.

- Lead contractors, site teams, and project engineers to achieve project objectives.

- Ensure smooth commissioning, snag closure, and final project handover.

Experience :

- 15+ years of experience in construction project management.

- Proven experience in delivering commercial, retail, office, workplace, IT park, business park, or corporate fit-out projects.

- Strong exposure to civil, MEP, interiors, and workplace infrastructure development.
