Job Purpose : 1. Timely delivery of Projects 2. Project Closure & Sustenance 3. Project Benefit Quantification 4. Spot Review to validate sustenance (of key projects) 5. Identify potential projects in respective Domains based on interaction with senior management at various forums. 6. Evaluate projects to ensure that it is aligned with Bank's vision. Cost savings / Customer delight to be evaluated before kick-starting a new project. 7. Review all live projects at least once a month to measure improvement and ensure timely delivery. 8. Measure Project sustenance through Spot review criteria agreed with Business Sponsors in Closure document. 9. Project metric to reflect improvement / stable trend 10. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders 11. Monitoring the progress of the projects
