Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management and execution of high-rise residential developments across multiple sites.
- Oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and timely delivery of projects.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, MEP, and contracts teams to ensure seamless execution and adherence to timelines.
- Manage liaison with JV partners, consultants, architects, and contractors for approvals, progress monitoring, and compliance.
- Ensure strict adherence to construction safety norms, quality standards, and statutory regulations.
- Drive cost optimization, vendor management, and resource allocation across sites.
- Implement project monitoring tools and best practices to enhance efficiency and reporting.
- Lead and mentor site engineering teams to achieve project milestones.
Candidate Profile:
- B.E./B.Tech (Civil Engineering) mandatory; M.E./M.Tech or PMP certification preferred.
- 18 to 25 years of experience in project execution of high-rise residential developments (20+ floors).
- Proven track record of handling multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of JV development models, contracts, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
