Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end execution of a flagship real estate project.
- Drive project planning, construction, design coordination, procurement, and delivery.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, quality, safety, and compliance standards.
- Manage contractors, consultants, vendors, and key stakeholders.
- Oversee project controls, cost optimization, risk management, and regulatory approvals.
- Lead and mentor high-performing project teams.
Desired Profile :
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
- Master's in Construction Management / Project Management (Preferred).
- 1525 years of experience in large-scale real estate and construction projects.
- Strong experience in premium residential, mixed-use, or landmark developments.
- Expertise in project execution, contracts, procurement, stakeholder management, and project controls.
