Job Type: Permanent role

CTC: Max 30-35% Hike along with the Variable Payout. (that amount you will get annually as per you work and performance)

Qualification: BE/B.Tech- Civil

Experience: real estate project's Experience is mandatory from Contracting company

Job Responsibilities:

- Managing the construction process from the conceptual development stage through final construction, ensuring that the project gets done on time and within budget.

- Monitoring and controlling projects with respect to the Cost, Resource Deployment, Time Over-runs and Quality Compliance; ensuring right path for the execution & completion of projects.

- Overseeing for project scheduling & coordination for design/ construction processes, including the selection, hiring and oversight of contractors.

- Leading a team of professionals; ensuring suitable deployment and availability of manpower.

- Generating designs (utilizing architects), engineering drawings, specification, bill quantities, estimating manpower requirements, cost control, monitoring for quality and evolution.

- Inspecting field sites to observe and evaluate condition and operability of facilities and structures, and to collect field survey data and measurements.
