Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end R&D for IP Camera & Video Surveillance products.
- Drive product architecture, development, validation, and production.
- Lead Hardware, Firmware, Embedded Software, QA, and AI teams.
- Work with ODM/OEM partners for product customization and localization.
- Collaborate with Product, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.
- Ensure timely product delivery and technology roadmap execution.
Requirements:
- 1218 years of experience with minimum 5 years in IP Surveillance.
- Strong experience in IP Cameras, CCTV, NVR/DVR, VMS, ONVIF.
- Hands-on knowledge of Embedded Linux, Firmware, Camera Architecture, Networking, Video Streaming.
- Experience leading engineering/R&D teams.
- Exposure to complete product lifecycle from design to production.
- STQC/ER-BIS/BIS certification knowledge is a strong plus.
