Responsibilities:
Project Oversight & Execution:
- Lead the full lifecycle of the IT Campus construction project.
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery aligned with the highest quality standards.
- Ensure timely milestones, cost controls, and resource optimization.
Vendor & Client Coordination:
- Manage vendor engagement, performance, and compliance.
- Act as a key liaison between the client and internal project teams for seamless coordination.
- Drive stakeholder satisfaction with transparent reporting and problem-solving.
Team & Site Leadership:
- Supervise large site teams and consultants with clear deliverables.
- Drive safety protocols, site discipline, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor construction progress and proactively mitigate risks.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Architecture from a reputed institute.
- 14 to 24 years of experience in large-scale IT Campus or premium office space projects (e.g., Candor, Infosys, HCL, Manyata Tech Park, DLF Cyber Hub).
- Proven track record in PMC-led project delivery.
- Exceptional leadership, client management, and project execution skills.
- Based in or open to relocation to Lucknow.
