Project Head - Hospitality/Restaurant Fit-Out

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Head to lead the end-to-end execution of expansion plan across India.

- The role will be responsible for opening 10 fine dining restaurant outlets in multiple cities within defined timelines and budgets.

- The incumbent will oversee site selection, project planning, design coordination, construction, vendor management, and statutory approvals.

- Will collaborate closely with architects, consultants, operations, procurement, and leadership teams to ensure seamless project execution.

- The Project Head will monitor quality, cost, timelines, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

- Will identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure timely handover of outlets to operations.

- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills are essential.

- Candidates should have 15 years of experience managing multi-location hospitality or restaurant fit-out projects. Experience in delivering premium or luxury restaurant projects across India will be highly preferred.

Qualification:

- B.Tech or B.E. in any field.
