Project Head - Hospitality

We are hiring a Project Head Hospitality to lead the end-to-end development and execution of luxury hospitality projects. We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong track record in delivering premium hotels, resorts, or mixed-use hospitality developments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead hospitality projects from concept, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, to handover.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, operators, and internal stakeholders.

- Drive project planning, budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and quality management.

- Ensure compliance with statutory approvals, safety standards, and project governance.

- Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery within budget.

- Manage contractor performance, commercial aspects, and stakeholder communication.

Ideal Candidate:

- 18-25+ years of experience in hospitality project development and construction.

- Proven experience delivering luxury hotels, resorts, or branded hospitality developments.

- Strong understanding of project lifecycle, design management, contracts, procurement, and construction execution.

- Experience working with international hotel operators such as Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Accor, IHG, Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, or similar is preferred.
