Project Head - FitOut/Refurbishing - Retail Healthcare Services

We are hiring for one of our Retail Healthcare services company .

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Planning and Execution :

- Develop and implement retail project strategies to support the overall business objectives and growth plans.

- Oversee the end-to-end management of retail projects, including store openings, renovations, and rebranding efforts.

Project Management :

- Lead project teams, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and quality standards.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, operations, and supply chain, to align project goals and deliverables.

- Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and other external partners involved in retail projects.

- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to financial constraints.

- Oversee procurement and logistics for project-related materials and equipment

- Ensure safety rules are followed on site by everyone

- Ensure Project Closure

Process Optimization :

- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

- Stay updated on trends, innovations, and best practices in the industry.

- Integrate new technologies and approaches to enhance project outcomes.

Compliance and Standards :

- Ensure all projects comply with company standards, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

- Implement and maintain best practices for project management and execution.

Functional Responsibilities :

- Overseeing all aspects of project management from budgeting to execution and closure.

- Leading and managing project teams, including staffing, mentoring, and development of team members.

- Implementing cost control measures to ensure project profitability.

- Coordinating with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, and operations to ensure project success.

- Demonstrating expertise in project scheduling, quality control, and safety management
