- 18 years minimum in large-scale execution of capex projects, EPC contracting, multi-plant execution.

- To lead and manage all capital expansion and modernization projects across all units through centralized governance, ensuring timely execution, cost control, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance while supporting long-term business growth.

- End-to-end planning and execution of major capital projects.

- Leadership of engineering, procurement, and construction activities.

- Delivering projects on time, within budget, and with required quality.

- Coordination between corporate office, plant teams, consultants, and EPC vendors.

- Governance, reporting, risk management, and compliance

Description of Responsibility:

1. Develop long-term capex roadmap and annual project execution plans aligned with company strategy.

2. Prepare and evaluate DPRs, technical specifications, BOQs, feasibility reports, and Board approval notes.

3. Lead engineering reviewlayouts, PFDs, P&IDs, GA drawings, civil/structural plansand finalize technology & vendor selection.

4. Oversee contracting: EPC tendering, bid evaluation, negotiations, contract award, LD clauses, and guarantees.

5. Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, quality, and safety KPIs across all plants.

6. Conduct regular review meetings with internal teams, OEMs, consultants, and site teams; resolve bottlenecks.

7. Ensure timely statutory clearances (Environment, Boiler, Electrical, Fire, Factory License, etc.).

8. Implement centralized governance: SOPs, project templates, dashboards, and MIS.

9. Lead commissioning, performance testing, reliability run, and handover to operations.

10. Ensure Zero Accident culture and full safety/ESG compliance.
