The Head Projects

The Head - Projects will be responsible for managing and driving the full lifecycle of coworking space fit-outs and retrofit projects, overseeing site execution, procurement strategy, cost control, contractor/vendor coordination, and cross-functional alignment with operations and design. The role requires someone with a keen aesthetic sense, technical expertise in commercial interiors, and strong leadership skills to manage in-house and outsourced project teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Qualifications:

Experience:

- 20+ years of experience in commercial interior project execution, preferably in coworking,

hospitality, or premium retail sectors.

- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects across geographies.

- Expertise in handling retrofit projects in operational environments without disruption.

Core Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of fit-out standards, MEP systems, finishes, and procurement practices

- Leadership in managing both execution and procurement functions

- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and vendor development skills

- Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar)

- Eye for design detailing, quality finishes, and luxury space aesthetics
