Job Location: Mumbai or Pune
Role Overview: We are seeking a Project Head to lead project team in executing interior design projects for clients who have taken premises on long-term leases. This role involves close collaboration with the design team and direct communication with clients to ensure that their vision is realized effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the project team in understanding and executing design specifications provided by the client.
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure client approvals are obtained efficiently.
- Schedule planning for proposed projects, ensuring timelines are realistic and achievable.
- Oversee all phases of project execution, from planning to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Responsible for material procurement and billing of sub-vendors to maintain project budgets.
- Project planning and scheduling, ensuring all tasks are assigned and deadlines are met.
- Supervise project teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular updates forstakeholders, including preparation of MIS (Management Information Systems) and dashboards to track project performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing any concerns or changes in requirements.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management within the interior design or construction industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
