Project Head/Construction Leader

We are looking for a seasoned Project Head to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale commercial / mixed-use real estate developments. This role demands strong leadership across construction execution, cost control, quality, safety, and statutory compliance, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to handover

- Drive construction management, execution, and site operations

- Ensure delivery aligned to cost, quality, and timeline targets

- Manage design coordination, engineering interfaces, and PMC interactions

- Implement value engineering & cost optimization strategies

- Oversee tendering, procurement, and contract administration

- Ensure adherence to RERA, statutory approvals, and local regulations

- Drive QA/QC, EHS, and safety compliance across project sites

- Monitor project schedules (Primavera/MS Project) and MIS reporting

- Lead project closure activities including final billing, documentation & handover

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 18-25 years of experience in real estate project management

- Proven track record in high-rise / mixed-use / luxury developments

- Strong expertise in construction management, cost control & execution

- Experience managing large teams, contractors, and consultants

- Deep understanding of statutory compliances (RERA, EHS, etc.)

- Exposure to LEED / green building practices is a plus

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Civil); PMP / RICS / LEED preferred
