Project Head - Construction

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead complete execution of residential and commercial construction projects.

- Develop project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

- Ensure projects are completed within budget, timelines, and quality standards.

- Manage civil, structural, finishing, MEP, landscape, and infrastructure works.

- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, PMC, MEP consultants, and government authorities.

- Monitor project progress through MIS reports and review meetings.

- Manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendor performance.

- Ensure compliance with RERA, local building regulations, safety, and environmental standards.

- Review BOQs, budgets, procurement plans, and cost control measures.

- Resolve technical and execution-related issues at site.

- Drive productivity improvements and implement best construction practices.

- Lead and mentor project engineers, construction managers, QA/QC, billing, planning, and safety teams.

- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Finance, Procurement, and Management for smooth project execution.

- Ensure successful project handover with all statutory approvals and documentation.
