Role Summary :
Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale construction projects while managing high-performing, cross-functional teams, ensuring delivery within timeline, cost, and quality benchmarks.
Not suitable for non-technical or non-execution roles.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead complete project lifecycle from planning, execution to final handover
- Drive and manage large teams across Engineering, QA/QC, MEP, Safety, Planning, and Contractors
- Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, and resource plans
- Ensure strict control on budgeting, costing, billing, and cash flow management
- Oversee site execution, ensuring adherence to design, specifications, and quality standards
- Implement and monitor safety protocols and regulatory compliance
- Manage contract administration, tendering, and vendor negotiations
- Drive procurement planning and timely material availability
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Lead stakeholder coordination (clients, consultants, internal leadership)
- Ensure efficient deployment of manpower, machinery, and materials
- Drive value engineering and cost optimization initiatives
- Review and approve MIS, progress reports, and project dashboards
- Ensure handover readiness, snag closure, and client satisfaction
- Bring in process improvements and system-driven project management practices
Key Requirements :
- MBA+ BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Proven experience in leading large teams and executing high-value projects
- Strong expertise in execution, costing, contracts, and planning
