Role Overview:

As Project Head, you will spearhead the successful execution of large-scale projects, ensuring on-time, within-budget, and high-quality delivery. You will collaborate closely with clients, internal teams (including engineering, procurement, and construction), contractors, and vendors, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project objectives. Your leadership will directly impact client satisfaction, project profitability, and the overall reputation of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive project management plans, encompassing scope definition, resource allocation, scheduling, and risk mitigation strategies, to ensure successful project delivery for clients.

- Oversee all aspects of project execution, from initiation to handover, ensuring adherence to project plans, budgets, and timelines, to meet or exceed client expectations.

- Manage and coordinate the activities of contractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards, and safety regulations, to maintain project integrity and minimize risks.

- Implement robust progress monitoring and reporting mechanisms, providing regular updates to stakeholders on project status, key performance indicators, and potential issues, to maintain transparency and facilitate informed decision-making.

- Enforce stringent quality control measures and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, to protect the well-being of personnel and the integrity of project deliverables.

- Lead the handover process, ensuring seamless transition of completed projects to clients, providing necessary documentation, training, and support, to ensure client satisfaction and long-term project success.

- Manage project budgets effectively, tracking expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing corrective actions to ensure projects are completed within allocated budgets.

- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans and implementing risk management strategies to minimize potential disruptions and ensure project success.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile) and tools, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate cross-functional teams, build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and resolve conflicts constructively.

- In-depth knowledge of site execution, contractor management, vendor management, quality control, and safety regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance and maintain high standards throughout the project lifecycle.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and assess project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and make sound decisions under pressure.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare and present clear and concise reports, proposals, and presentations to diverse audiences.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil) is mandatory.

- Must have 20-25 years of experience in Project Execution, Project Management, Project Delivery ,Site Execution, Progress Monitoring, Site Reporting, Contractor Management, Vendor Management, Quality, Safety, Handover.
