Description:
- Lead end-to-end construction project delivery: planning execution completion.
- Manage budgeting, cost control, schedules & quality.
- Coordinate with teams across Contracts, Purchase, HR, Architecture, Sales & Marketing.
- Liaise with external consultants for drawings, inputs & finalisations.
- Conduct weekly site-reviews and monthly audits for quality, safety & billing.
- Track project milestones, report progress & drive corrective actions.
- Foster motivation and engagement among site staff, contractors & project teams.
Skills & Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- 18-20 years of relevant experience in construction / project management
Essential Technical Skills:
1. Proven expertise in project planning and execution for largescale construction
2. Strong civil engineering background with on-site management experience
3. Quality assurance & control, construction safety knowledge and implementation
4. Contract / BOQ understanding, budgeting, cost control, billing expertise
5. Material planning & requisition, vendor & contractor management
6. Familiarity with statutory compliance and local approval processes
