Role Overview:
As the Project Head for commercial projects, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of real estate projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams, external stakeholders, and regulatory bodies. You will play a pivotal role in driving project success and contributing to the company's growth and reputation in the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage multiple real estate projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company objectives and strategic goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure efficient project execution.
- Oversee all phases of project development, from land acquisition and design to construction, sales, and handover, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project budgets effectively, monitoring expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring projects remain within financial constraints.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, consultants, and government agencies, to facilitate smooth project operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks, developing contingency plans to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
- Provide regular project updates to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry best practices, maintaining a safe and sustainable work environment.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale real estate projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Proven ability to develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and government agencies.
- Strong risk management skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
