Job Description: Projects Head (Project Delivery, Planning & Client Coordination)
Location: Bengaluru (Head Office) with travel across project sites and cities
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Projects Head to lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple commercial fit-out and interior projects. The role is responsible for driving structured project planning, execution excellence, stakeholder communication, cost optimization, and successful project handovers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end project delivery from project kickoff through client handover.
- Develop and manage detailed Gantt charts, project schedules, milestones, and critical path activities.
- Define task dependencies, execution sequences, resource allocation, and manpower planning.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve risks that could impact timelines.
- Own project budgets and financial performance, driving cost optimization initiatives.
- Oversee execution across multiple project sites through Project Managers and Site Supervisors.
- Conduct regular site reviews, quality inspections, and quantity audits.
- Coordinate closely with procurement, MEP, quantity surveying, design, and execution teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure project documentation including BOQs, purchase orders, contracts, and compliance records are complete.
- Lead and mentor Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Additional certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) will be an advantage.
Experience & Skills:
- 10 - 14 years of experience in commercial interiors, fit-outs, construction, or workplace project management.
- Strong expertise in project planning using Gantt charts and scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera, Excel).
- Excellent understanding of project execution methodologies, budgeting, and cost control.
- Strong client-facing communication, leadership, and people management capabilities.
