Project Head - Civil Engineering

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Civil Project Manager with 10 to 15 years of experience to oversee large-scale infrastructure projects from planning to execution, ensuring quality, safety, and timeline adherence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and project management.

Roles and Responsibility:

- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of large-scale infrastructure projects.

- Ensure quality, safety, and timeline adherence throughout the project lifecycle.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and contractors.

- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.

- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet expectations.

Key Details:

- We are launching a new real estate project in 10 acre land - Multiple Towers, High Rise building. Looking for someone who can take end to end ownership and deliver results.

- Some one experience in P&L ownership, Optimizing sales, collections, construction milestones, profit pools, NPS and cashflows.

- Strategize and lead core functions: Design, Government Approvals, Sales, CRM, Finance, Operations and Handover

- Expertise in GTM strategy, accelerate market reach and drive sales growth.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

- Minimum 10years of experience in project management, preferably in civil engineering.

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
