Project Head - Civil

Description: Hiring: Project Head - Civil (EPFO Mumbai Project).

Location: Borivali, Mumbai (EPFO Building Project).

Company: Leading Construction Contractor.

Position: Project Head.

Experience: 20-25 years (Building Construction - Contractor Side).

Qualification: Graduate Engineer (Civil preferred).

Other Details: Food, accommodation & transport to be managed by self.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the complete execution of the EPFO Building Project at Borivali.

- Supervise project planning, scheduling, and cost control.

- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and vendors for timely delivery.

- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and statutory requirements.

- Review design, drawings, and construction methodologies.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal management.

- Experience in Aluminium Formwork (Shuttering) is mandatory.

- Ensure project milestones and budget targets are achieved.

Ideal Candidate:

- 12-18 years of relevant experience in high-rise or institutional building projects.

- Strong technical and leadership capabilities.

- Proven track record of handling large-scale projects independently.
