Project Head / B2B - Executive Education & University Partnerships

Role Overview:

- We are seeking a senior B2B leader to drive acquisition and growth of Executive Education partnerships with premier Indian and international institutes, while building a strong corporate B2B revenue pipeline.

- This is a pure hunting role with ownership of program acquisition, strategic partnerships, and P&L.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire and close strategic partnerships with premier institutes and leading universities (India & international) for executive and professional education programs.

- Lead the end-to-end deal lifecycle: outreach, program ideation, proposals, negotiations, contracts, and launch.

- Drive B2B corporate acquisition (enterprises, PSUs, government bodies) for customized and open-enrolment executive programs.

- Own revenue targets and program-level P&L, ensuring profitability and scalability.

- Build and manage relationships with academic leaders (Deans, Program Directors, Faculty) and - corporate stakeholders (CXOs, CHROs, L&D Heads).

- Work closely with marketing, delivery, and operations teams for successful execution, renewals, and expansion.

- Maintain a strong sales and partnership pipeline with regular reporting to senior leadership.
