Description: Looking For Head Projects @ Largest Infra Company in India.
Location: Ahmedabad, India.
Purpose: We are looking for highly experienced Head Projects with 20 years of experience in Infrastructure Construction of Roads/ Highways/ Tunnels and Civil Structures in Himalayan Terrain.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all project-related activities, ensuring successful execution within budget and timeline constraints.
Experience: 20+ years of experience in infrastructure Construction of Roads/ Highways/ Tunnels and Civil Structures in Himalayan Terrain.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of project planning, execution & contract management.
- Develop project scopes, objectives, and ensure technical feasibility.
- Implement effective project management processes to track project progress, risks, and performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project completion.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to achieve project goals.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in project management.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the project team.
Education:
Qualification: Bachelors degree in engineering or related field (Masters preferred) Certification required: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable.
Experience in Ropeways or installation of Ropeways would be preferred.
People worked in hilly terrain would be preferred.
Industry Preference: Highways, Roads, Tunnels, etc.
