Project Financial Controller - Oracle ERP

- We are hiring for a senior Project Financial Controller role with a leading infrastructure company executing a major international airport infrastructure development project in Kinshasa, DRC.

- This is a high-impact leadership role requiring strong project finance controls, Oracle ERP expertise, WBS-based reporting, procurement finance control, cost-to-complete reporting and infrastructure project exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead WBS-based project financial control and reporting

- Manage budget vs actual vs committed cost tracking

- Support Oracle ERP migration and implementation environment

- Control procurement finance cycle including PO, GRN, invoice and payment reconciliation

- Monitor supplier advances, goods-in-transit, stock, WIP and fixed assets

- Prepare rolling cash-flow forecasts and funding-utilisation reports

- Drive subcontractor certification, retention and recovery tracking

- Build weekly CFO dashboards, exception reports and management reporting

- Strengthen governance, reconciliation and audit-ready financial controls

- Coordinate closely with procurement, commercial, site and project teams

Required Experience:

- 10-15+ years in project finance / construction finance / EPC / infrastructure finance

- Strong Oracle ERP / Oracle Projects / PPM exposure preferred

- Hands-on experience in airport, infrastructure, EPC, roads, mining, industrial or major capital projects

- Strong understanding of WBS cost control, forecast cost-to-complete and project accounting

- Experience with supplier advances, imported procurement and landed cost

- Strong bank reconciliation, cash forecasting and reporting capability

- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills preferred

Preferred Background:

- Airport / transport / industrial infrastructure project exposure

- Experience in Africa or emerging markets is an advantage

- Exposure to FIDIC contract environments preferred

- French language capability is a plus
