Project Finance Role

About the role:

Project Finance specialist with experience in Corporate and Project Finance domains in the infrastructure sector. Expertise in corporate and project finance, treasury management (working capital and trade finance), commercial negotiations, banking relationship and team management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Structuring and execution of debt financing transaction to achieve a successful financial closure.

- Build and strengthen relationship with domestic and international banks, Infrastructure funds, FI, AMC, Insurance, PF and other potential lenders.

- Play a role in financial due diligence, external credit rating, syndication process of NCD or loans, financial model for projects in INR of foreign currency.

- Preparation, review and negotiating of the debt financing economics, term sheets and documents.

- Preparation and assistance in annual business plan, monthly flash reports and policy drafting & implementation on borrowing, hedging & investment decisions.

- Assist on acquisition of projects as part of the investment platform team.

- Knowledge of mid-office and back-office function and drive automation to achieve efficiency and accuracy in operations and zero error on compliance.

- Maintaining relationships and liaison with credit rating agencies.

- Issue, allotment and listing of secured/unsecured, listed/unlisted, redeemable non-convertible debentures and compliance with the conditions of Debenture trust deed.

- Monitoring of projects commercial progress and performance; negotiating and coordinating with contractors/vendors/Trustees for desired outcomes.

Qualification:

- CA / CFA / MBA (finance)

Work Experience:

- Experience : 3-5 Years

- Preferred Industry - Infrastructure /Energy/Roads
