Project Finance Professional

Role & responsibilities:

- Originate and execute infrastructure/project finance transactions.

- Perform credit appraisal, financial modeling, and due diligence.

- Prepare credit notes and investment proposals for committee approvals.

- Manage client relationships, term sheet negotiations, and transaction execution.

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive deal closure.

- Present transaction recommendations and key insights to senior management and committees.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Qualified CA/MBA from Tier I & Tier 2 college with 7+ years of experience in Project Finance, along with knowledge of infrastructure sectors such as Renewable, Power, Roads, Warehousing, Social Infra, Datacentre etc.

- Demonstrated expertise in at least one sector, with strong understanding of industry dynamics, market opportunities, competitive landscape, and key trends.
