Project Director - Transmission & Distribution EPC

We are seeking a visionary senior leader to spearhead large-scale operational and business initiatives. This is a strategic role for a highly seasoned professional from large, reputed organizations within the Infrastructure / Transmission & Distribution EPC domain, bringing a strong blend of Business Development acumen and Project Execution expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end operations at a national/regional level and drive long-term strategic growth.

- Oversee large-scale EPC projects with a strong focus on timely delivery, safety, quality, and compliance.

- Build, strengthen, and nurture high-value client relationships to create and expand business opportunities.

- Provide leadership to cross-functional teams and ensure operational excellence across engineering, execution, and commercial functions.

- Develop and implement strategies that align with organizational goals and market opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 16+ years of experience in Transmission & Distribution EPC or large Infrastructure projects.

- Demonstrated track record of successful project execution and business development in reputable organizations.

- Prior exposure to international markets (experience in Middle East markets is an added advantage).

- Strong leadership presence with excellent stakeholder management and commercial negotiation skills.

- Ability to drive performance, manage large teams, and deliver results in complex project environments.
