What Youll Drive:

- End-to-end execution of large institutional / residential / campus projects

- Full control over civil, MEP, interiors & infra works

- Contracts, procurement, and vendor performance

- Stakeholder management across architects, PMCs & authorities

- Leadership of large site teams with strict delivery accountability

Who Should Apply:

- 15-20+ years in hardcore project execution (200 Cr+ projects)

- Proven track record of independent project delivery

- Strong in contracts, costing, and negotiations

- Execution-first leader - hands-on, fast, and outcome-driven
