Project Director - Precast Construction

Company is seeking an experienced Project Director with strong expertise in Precast Construction to lead large-scale projects from planning to execution. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex construction projects, driving operational excellence, and delivering projects within time, cost, and quality parameters.

This leadership role requires strategic thinking, team leadership, stakeholder management, and deep knowledge of precast construction methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale precast construction projects

- Develop project strategies, timelines, and execution plans

- Oversee project planning, engineering, procurement, and construction activities

- Ensure timely project delivery within budget and quality standards

- Manage cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, site execution, and contractors

- Drive adoption of precast construction techniques and modular building practices

- Monitor project performance, risks, and mitigation strategies

- Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

- Lead project reviews and provide regular updates to senior management

- Handle contract management, vendor coordination, and commercial negotiations

- Drive productivity improvements and cost optimisation initiatives

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 25 years of experience in Construction / Infrastructure Projects

- Strong experience in Precast Construction (Mandatory)

- Proven track record of handling large-scale construction projects

- Experience in industrial, residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

- Experience managing multi-location project teams

- Knowledge of modern construction technologies and modular systems

- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

- Master's degree preferred (Construction Management / Project Management)

- Experience in large EPC / Construction organisations preferred
