Project Director - Oil & Gas Industry

We have an opening for the role of Project director.

20+ years of relevant experience in EPCM / EPC Oil & Gas projects

- Mandatory exposure to onshore Oil & Gas projects

- Exclusions: Construction only roles, Offshore, Subsea, and Power projects will not be relevant

- Proven delivery of large-scale projects with TIC USD 50M

Current / Prior Role Expectations:

- Must have operated at Project Director level on large, complex projects

- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams with Project Managers reporting into the role

- Strong capability in governance, stakeholder management, and execution leadership

Reporting & Location:

- Reporting to: Senior Director Operations

- Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai

Core Accountability:

- Overall accountability for project direction, execution oversight, and coordination, ensuring successful delivery through Project Manager(s) and core leadership teams

To ensure the appropriate seniority and decision-making maturity, we are targeting leadership level profiles such as:

- Associate Vice President Projects

- Head of Project Management

- Project Director / Regional Project Director
