The group's areas of expertise includes Social & Economic Empowerment, Health, Nutrition and Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH), Urban Development, Education and Skills Development, Economic & Public Financial Management, Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning, Infrastructure and Engineering Development, Governance, Private Sector Development, Tourism Heritage and Conservation, Environment and Climate Change, Agriculture Development, Forest Governance, Grant and Fund Management and Information Technology & e-Governance.   Reason for the hire:   The dynamic program of RajPusht comes with an agenda to address the shortcomings of the Integrated Child Development Service (ICDS) in terms of a wider outreach and a more result driven quest to upscale the level of nutrition among women and children and maintaining key partnership relations with stakeholders like CIFF, Government Bodies, Corporates etc.   Since the robust program aims to target high burden regions of the country and a subsequent scale up of the model; it requires a Project-Director to provide overall leadership and be responsible for managing the execution of project interventions through effective use of resources and manage his team at the national level to achieve targets.  Roles and Responsibilities:  - Strategy Building & Team Management  - Project Design & Growth   - Networking and Representation at various forums.  - Advice & Consult.  - Establishing the Project as a brand in Rajasthan and thus transforming the ICDS.  - Analyse trends in the project, identify issues and take corrective steps.  - Strategic thinking on long-term change, indicators, and linkages with other initiatives.  - Identifying cost savings and having a commercial approach to operations.  - Establish and nurture external partnerships that will contribute to the success of CIFF investment.  - Coordinate with the nodal departments in the State for implementation of project interventions.  - Integration of pay for performance in collaboration with CIFF's evolving best practices.  - Negotiating, executing and managing complex, performance-based contracts/sub-grants.  Must Haves:  - Post Graduate or equivalent degree in Public Health/Management/ Social Sciences or a related field.  - Minimum 15 years of total experience and at least 5 years in a leadership role.  - Good operational understanding of maternal and child nutrition and rural development sectors and programmes.  - Proven track record of working with external partners, agencies and governments.  Preferable:  - Experience of implementing large scale cash transfer programmes or direct benefits transfer.  - Good operational understanding of maternal and child nutrition and rural development sectors.  - Experience of working with demanding clients, private foundations and corporates.  Additional remarks:  - Regular travel to project districts, New Delhi (IPE Global & CIFF offices).  - Candidate must be willing to take up additional responsibilities as per the requirement
