Project Director - MEGA Projects - Infrastructure (25-30 yrs)

Role & Responsibilities :

The Project Director will lead and manage large-scale civil and infrastructure projects from planning through execution and successful project completion. The role requires strategic leadership, project governance, stakeholder management, commercial oversight, and ensuring projects are delivered within scope, budget, quality, and timeline requirements.

- Lead end-to-end execution of mega civil and infrastructure projects.

- Develop project strategies, execution plans, budgets, and timelines.

- Direct multidisciplinary teams including project managers, engineering teams, contractors, consultants, and subcontractors.

- Ensure project delivery aligns with quality, safety, and contractual obligations.

- Monitor project schedules, resource allocation, and cost control measures.

- Review project progress and implement corrective actions where necessary.

- Manage client relationships and coordinate with government authorities and stakeholders.

- Handle contract administration, claims management, and change orders.

- Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and HSE requirements.
