The Client

Purpose of the Role

- Lead and deliver all interior fit-out projects across the northern region with full responsibility for timelines, profitability, quality, and client satisfaction.

- Ensure consistent project governance, planning, resource allocation, and execution across multiple cities and sectors.

- Drive operational excellence, safety compliance, and stakeholder communication while building strong, scalable delivery systems.

Job Responsibilities

1.Timely Delivery & Planning

- Ensure delivery of all projects as per committed timelines with robust project planning and execution processes.

- Review and own delivery for weekly and bi-weekly project schedules, milestones, and dependencies.

2. Project Closure & Documentation

- Ensure end-to-end project closure within defined timelines, including complete documentation and billing handover.

3. Profitability & Cost Control

- Achieve agreed project-level Profit % and ensure accurate P&L management.

- Implement effective cost-tracking systems; control indirect costs within budget.

- Drive labour cost optimization through negotiation and efficiency improvements.

4. Billing & Collections

- Ensure monthly billing of minimum (100 project duration in months)% of project value.

- Ensure targeted bills invoices are raised monthly across projects

- Streamline sub-vendor billing and ensure timely submission to HO across projects

- Ensure payments are collected as per agreed schedule.

5. Non-Tender (NT) Revenue

- Identify, negotiate, and secure desired% NT revenue through scope deviations or additional works.

6. Resource & Material Planning

- Plan and forecast material and manpower as per project schedule.

7. Quality & Safety

- Implement robust QMS and ensure exceptional project quality ratings (QA/QS/Client evaluations).

- Ensure zero accidents and near-misses and review weekly EHS across project sites

8. Client & Stakeholder Communication

- Respond to clients/stakeholders within 24 hours with a clear action plan or closure.

9. Tracking & Reporting

- Review and ensure planned adherence to all key project documents: Risk Register

- DPR/WPR/MPR

- Schedule, resource, material, cost, and payment trackers

- Logistics & long-lead items tracker (weekly)

10. Measurement & Certification

- Drive continuous measurement and certification processes of work done at site

11. Drawings & Approvals

- Ensure drawings submissions and secure approvals within agreed timelines after GFC receipt.

12. Procurement Support

- Partner with procurement for cost effective, timely, and accurate material delivery and management across project sites.

13. Vendor & Labour Management

- Build a strong ecosystem of reliable subcontractors across cities and sectors.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).

- 20+ years of experience in interior fit-out project management, with at least 5 years in regional or multi-project leadership roles.

- Strong exposure to commercial offices, data centers, healthcare, or large-scale interior contracts.

- Proven track record of delivering multi-city, multi-sector projects within time, cost, and quality parameters.

- Certifications such as PMP, LEED, or equivalent (preferred).

- Vendor management expertise across labour, subcontractors, and supply chain partners.
