Project Director - Interior Fit Outs

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee approximately 10 interior projects simultaneously, depending on project size, complexity, and stage of execution.

- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, approved budgets, quality standards, and contractual commitments.

- Ensure effective coordination between design, estimation, procurement, project management, site execution, MEP, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities and convert qualified leads into confirmed projects.

- Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat business, referrals, and opportunities for strategic partnerships.

- Develop and lead a dedicated interior contracting business vertical with clear revenue, profitability, and growth objectives.

- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing project delivery team.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.

- 15 - 20 years of relevant experience in interior contracting, fit-outs, commercial interiors, or turnkey project execution.
