Description:
Responsibilities:
- Lead, plan, and oversee all phases of high-rise building projects from inception through completion, ensuring delivery within scope, time, cost, and quality.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead coordination efforts among architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Manage contract negotiations, approvals, and vendor relations.
- Supervise site operations and ensure adherence to project specifications and safety protocols.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, including foreign delegates and international stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and managing expectations.
- Conduct project review meetings, prepare progress reports, and present updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Handle escalations, resolve project issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure timely approvals, shop drawings, compliance documentation, and project closeout procedures.
- Maintain effective collaboration with foreign delegates, organizing visits, communications, and addressing cultural or regulatory queries.
- Mentor and lead project managers, engineers, and site supervisors.
