Project Director - Data Centre Projects - Construction/Engineering

Experience: 15 - 20 Years

Qualification: BE/B.Tech - Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Project Director - Data Centre Projects to lead the end-to-end execution of a large-scale data-centre project valued at 100 Cr+.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end project delivery across engineering, procurement, staffing, construction, testing, commissioning and handover.

- Drive project budget, margins, cash flow, billing, collections, variations and claims.

- Govern schedule, quality, EHS, risk and project interfaces, with timely recovery actions.

- Lead engagement with clients, consultants, PMCs, vendors and contractors.

- Build and lead a high-performing project team while ensuring customer satisfaction and contractual compliance.

Candidate Profile:

- 15 - 20 years of experience in MEP/EPC project delivery, with mandatory Data Centre experience.

- Experience in delivering hyperscale / mission-critical facilities is strongly preferred.

- Proven accountability for 100 Cr+ projects, including commercial and financial performance.

- Strong leadership across Engineering, Construction, EHS, Quality, Planning and Testing & Commissioning (T&C).
