Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale civil & building projects.
- Drive project delivery across schedule, cost, quality, safety and commercial performance.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across Project Management, Planning, QS, Contracts, Procurement, QA/QC, MEP and Execution.
- Manage clients, consultants, contractors and key project stakeholders.
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, resource allocation and risk management.
- Drive timely resolution of technical, commercial and execution challenges.
- Ensure effective coordination between Civil, Structural, Architectural and MEP teams.
- Lead project reviews, progress monitoring and recovery plans.
- Ensure successful project completion, snag closure and final handover.
Ideal Candidate:
- We are looking for professionals with strong leadership exposure in large-scale building/civil construction projects, with proven exposure to end-to-end project delivery.
- Candidates with experience in commercial buildings, IT parks, corporate campuses, high-rise, institutional, hospitality or large-scale developments will be preferred.
